![A characteristic of the people of Jannah.
(133) وَسَارِعُوا إِلَىٰ مَغْفِرَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرْضُهَا السَّمَاوَاتُ وَالْأَرْضُ أُعِدَّتْ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a garden as wide as the heavens and earth, prepared for the righteous.
(134) الَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ فِي السَّرَّاءِ وَالضَّرَّاءِ وَالْكَاظِمِينَ الْغَيْظَ وَالْعَافِينَ عَنِ النَّاسِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
Who spend [in the cause of Allah] during ease and hardship
and who restrain anger
and who pardon the people -
and Allah loves the doers of good.

Contemplation.
Do it for Allaah.
Verily, Allaah knows what’s the best for you.
How many Muslims did you meet today?
Tell them, “Peace be upon you.”
Smile, it’s sunnah.
Smile at your parents. Smile upon meeting your friends. Smile at your teachers, your co-workers, even the janitor. They need it.
And keep it halal.
